Damages & Returns

Returns:

  1. We can accept returns & refunds request only within 7 days of order delivery on the rare occasions if customer doesn’t need a product anymore.
  2. To request a refund, make sure that the product is not used and is in proper shape. The quality check team will verify the condition once the product is returned to us and then initiate the refund if it is in proper shape.
  3. Order value refund will be done for the quantity of the products from the order refunded.
  4. shipping charges will not be refunded.
